The coronavirus outbreak couldn’t have come at worst time for the 2020 census, and, to wit, the Census Bureau announced Wednesday that it was pausing field operations through April 1 to protect its workers and the public in the pandemic.
Trump has made field operations more dangerous then the virus.
Wilbur Ross is likely telling census workers that if you run out of time, just work on the white folks.

This really helps the Republicans a lot…aside from some anti-government crazies, they will fill out the Census. The people who avoid it are minorities, especially those who might not trust the government…they live in the Democratic cities and are a prime target for the in person interviews.
How ironic it will be if Trump’s complete fuck up of the coronavirus response ends up with Republicans holding more power over the nation for the next decade…
