White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and DHS secretary Chad Wolf on Sunday echoed President Trump’s claim that he “doesn’t know much about” the far-right conspiracy QAnon despite the FBI labeling it as a potential domestic terrorism threat.
For an administration that praises Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, and other countless brutal dictators over the nation’s intelligence agencies, this doesn’t surprise me at all. Suggesting that they had to Google it is a damned lie.
“I find it appalling that the media when we have all of the important things going on, a list of Top 20s, that the first question at a press briefing would be about QAnon,’
Meadows continued
“But the president has nothing else going on, so it’s OK for him to retweet it.”

So, I can’t comment and not going to comment on every fringe element and fringe group out there. There are many. There are very — there are many.

What a disgrace! Wolf dances around on his tippy-toes, pretending to be under-informed about this QAnon kook brigade. And why? They are reliable Trump voters.
Trump’s claim that he “doesn’t know much about” the far-right conspiracy QAnon despite the FBI labeling it as a potential domestic terrorism threat.
These things are not mutually exclusive, given that Trump does not read, listen to, or look at artist renditions of his PDBs. Neither, apparently, does his Chief of Staff. Then again, Meadows has been doubled-down lying jag today.
QAnon, racism, and trumpism is the heart of heart of today’s GOP. We are watching the death of the “Party of Lincoln” in slow motion. Sadly there will be much more damage to the United States before the final implosion.
