I’m having trouble understanding what Trump is trying to do here, aside from this being yet another monkey-poo-flinging exercise to distract from 180K+ dead and counting, millions jobless, millions in danger of eviction, millions without health care. These “Pentagon leaders” are his subordinates, he is (God help us) Commander-in-Chief, after all, and they all answer to him. So he is, essentially, yelling at himself in the mirror.
On one hand the whole endless war thing hooked a few voters. On the other how is that ending the war(s) thingy going for us?
