Discovery should be a hoot. I bet Ms. Hutchinson kept receipts. Does Passantino really want to go there? I’m betting he’s hoping to scare her into a settlement. He might be wrong.

Another museum-grade example of media false equivalence.
“Gen. Mark Milley, polarizing Joint Chiefs chairman, exits center stage” is a disgraceful headline to a disgraceful article. Gen. Milley’s standing for the Constitution and the rule of law apparently ruffled some feathers among right-wing extremists, so the Post saw fit to label the general as “polarizing.” This is one of the most blatant instances of “both sider-ism” that I have ever read.

Former Cassidy Hutchinson lawyer Stefan Passantino has sued former Mueller prosecutor Andrew Weissmann for defamation, alleging that a Weissmann tweet falsely accused Passantino of coaching Hutchinson to lie to the Jan. 6 committee.
Rumor has it that Hutchinson is on Maddow tonight or tomorrow night. I’d really like Rachel to dig into this one.

In his weekly newsletter, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) called for the execution of Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Gen. Mark Milley, musing that “in a better society, quislings” like Milley “would be hung.”
The text of Gosar’s newsletter was published on X Sunday by reporter Ben Jacobs, who included a screenshot of the far-right congressman’s diatribe. Discussing the events of Jan. 6, 2021, Gosar writes:

After the riot was in full swing, the Chief’s request for National Guard was finally approved. But even after approval was given, General Milley, the homosexual-promoting-BLM-activist Chairman of the military joint chiefs, delayed. Of course, we now know that the deviant Milley was coordinating with Nancy Pelosi to hurt President Trump, and treasonously working behind Trump’s back. In a better society, quislings like the strange sodomy-promoting General Milley would be hung.
