I’m going to take a shot at summarizing it. It’ll be 3 minutes of declaring national emergency/ yada, yada, yada. Then 7 minutes telling us how great he’s doing. After which he walks away without taking a question.

Watching the tv waiting for his pompenous to walk out. Why is there a ramp from the porch to the podium? Why can he only walk up or down 3 steps and not six?
ETA: I googled it. President Obama used the same stage at events where multiple people would be on stage with him, for example at a teacher of the year event.
