Dear Hubby asked me last night and I couldn’t remember:

When does TIFG make his next appearance before the DC judge? We know he’s supposed to show up next week in GA, but I’m no longer clear on his court appearance schedule.

In the deepest recesses of the world, an intricate web of a collection of the most bizarre and seemingly unconnected conspiracies yet, cast its sinister spell, enveloping reality in a dark tapestry of malevolence and insanity. At the epicenter of this enigma stands Bailey Ross’s enigmatic venture, Agartha Publishing, an innocuous facade veiling a surge of patriotic publishers wielding the power of mainstream platforms to disseminate their virtuous gospel. Through meticulously crafted tomes, they embark on a mission to unveil the veiled forces that bolster the Democrat Party, exposing a concealed truth meant to rescue humanity from its impending destruction.

The moniker “Agartha” murmurs homage to a legendary subterranean dominion, a realm whispered to inhabit the inner chasms of the Earth. Yet its roots delve deeper, reaching back to the 20th century’s dawn when ancient occultists, among them the shadowy Thule Society, a manufacturer of roof rack systems who breathed life into tales of a “hollow earth” and mysteries that straddle the border between science and sorcery.

Yet, the tendrils of conspiracy reach further, entwining with histories that defy credulity. In their quest to liberate the world from the scourge of AntiFa, the Democrat Party, and Space Vampires, the enigmatic Thule Society erected an interdimensional portal that transcended time’s constraints—a threshold to otherworldly dimensions, an avenue to summon their prophesied savior, Anung Un Rama. Instead, birthed through the arcane machinations of Grigori Rasputin, the ritual gave rise to an unexpected malevolence, a cabal of city and state-level prosecutors, funded by the enigmatic George Soros who were working from Saul Alinsky playbook under the leadership of the eternal Blood Queen, Nimue. Only the reincarnated spirit of King Arthur, wielding Excalibur, managed to thwart this evil, shattering it and scattering its remains across the realm.

Flash forward to the present, to the sun-soaked streets of Tijuana, Mexico—known for unsavory spectacles such as donkey/human lady love. Here, a disturbing narrative takes root, as the Democrat Party, Space Vampires, and satanic pedophiles conspire in unison. Their audacious plot seeks not only to retroactively steal the 2020 election but also to proactively seize the 2024 election from the grasp of Donald Trump.

Yet, the shadows continue to stretch, their tendrils ensnaring the unsuspecting. Trevian Kutti, a figure entwined with the enigmatic Ye, or Kanye West, emerges from the obscurity, a messenger of intriguing tidings. Sent by an undisclosed “high-profile individual,” Kutti approaches Freeman—an election worker steeped in the nefarious machinations of the enemies of Trump who conspired with the Democrat Party and Space Vampires to wrest Georgia from Trump’s hands. A veiled threat resounds through her words, invoking the name of Nimue to cast a damning prophecy: Trump’s presidency shall never come to pass, neither in the past nor the future.

In the midst of the storm, a valiant group of truth-seekers emerges from the shadows. Led by the indomitable and truly stable genius Trump, this cabal endeavors to liberate patriots from the malevolent forces that clutch at the strings of reality. Amidst their ranks lies the power to thwart another election theft, one that threatens to hurl the world into the abyss of chaos, a tumultuous crescendo in this epic, and convoluted, saga of conspiracy and shadowy design.

I loving the Fulton County Sheriff, especially with his trolling of Trump and the other eighteen co-conspirators. They have until high-noon on Friday August 25, 2023, to get their pictures taken and their little pow-wow with the magistrate judge.

cat and the good, the bad, and the ugly

It looks like Trump is destroying another state GOP and the winner is Georgia…

Mark Meadows Wastes No Time

With a real lawyer and a lot at stake, Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows quickly took action to remove the Georgia indictment from state to federal court.
… … … … …
Wait… Meadows has a “real lawyer”??
Does that mean trump’s “lawyers” are just clowning around?

And what is the advantage of going from state to federal court…beyond any delay?

Non-lawyer question:

Can the governor of Georgia commute a sentence?

Wouldn’t that be different than a pardon?

Meadows’ lawyer is George Terwilliger, former Deputy Attorney General of the United States, appointed by Bush, the Elder. Not a clown.

Yes, Trump’s lawyers are all lolyers.

Georgia ain’t a place to go criming. Pardons and Commutations, by their constitution, go through a parole board, not the governor.

getting a pardon in Georgia is not just a matter of persuading a governor to grant clemency. People convicted of state crimes are eligible to apply for pardons only five years after they have completed serving their sentences. Even then, it’s not the governor who decides but the State Board of Pardons and Paroles.

And while criminals can ask the parole board to commute sentences right away, the board “will consider a commutation of a sentence imposed in other than death cases only when substantial evidence is submitted” showing “that the sentence is either excessive, illegal, unconstitutional or void” and that “such action would be in the best interests of society and the inmate.”

But I believe his presence is not required by the judge…and so…won’t.

From Article IV of the Georgia state constitution:

“Paragraph II. Powers and authority. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Paragraph, the State Board of Pardons and Paroles shall be vested with the power of executive clemency, including the powers to grant reprieves, pardons, and paroles; to commute penalties; to remove disabilities imposed by law; and to remit any part of a sentence for any offense against the state after conviction.”
