I’m disapponted that this connection wasn’t pursued further by the TPM reporters. What are the chances that Broidy and Bannon are both connected to this billionaire (though in much different ways)? Remember, Broidy was also represented by Michael Cohen in a Playmate-silencing payoff. There are deep Trump connections all around.

So, let me get this straight. The guy that hired Cohen to make a mistress’s inconvenient pregnancy “go away” and was one of three, including Cohen at the time, in charge of the RNC finances, has pissed a guy off by representing the Chinese government, who also happened (Guo) to be in bed financially with Steve Bannon.
It’s so completely ridiculous, if you saw this in a movie, you’d think, “God, what a shitty writer.”
