Two senators are reportedly reviewing an Internal Revenue Service whistleblower complaint related to the annual audit of President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, according to the Washington Post.
I thought the House was looking into this as well…this is the kind of thing that should be examined, because it will clearly show that the government is being twisted for Trump’s benefit. They should be looking at the returns of all of the Trump administration people and his family as well.
The Repukes were only there to confirm that the Dems were hunting witches and expediting fishes so it can become a talking point when the investigation moves forward.
As TPM reported in August, an IRS whistleblower filed a complaint in July alleging that a person in the Treasury Department was attempting to interfere with the annual audit of the President and vice president.
Don’t know if this involves Mnuchin or one of the other higher-ups in the Treasury Department, but one thing for sure, it’ll eventually lead right to Trump’s door.
Bloomberg should offer the whistle blower $50M to leak tRump’s tax returns and fund $10M for his/her legal defense and ask all Dem candidates to promise to pardon the whistle blower if he/she is convicted.
That promise isn’t illegal because none of the candidates IS the president. Unlike the actual, current (fake) president dangles pardons.
I’m putting my money on the Munchkin. Grassley is a big defender of whistleblowers, so going to both Republican and Democratic Senators is a wise move. Grassley is not Nunes.
