So there are multiple levels here. They will bankrupt her in her personal capacity but they are also chasing whoever unfortunately has been insuring the PAC as well as all of it’s funds which has a couple fun effects of terminating all of the people making money from that venture and making it harder for these wackos to operate in the future because no one will want to touch a liability like that.
The other thing it does is establish actual punitive threats against orgs like Fox, OAN, and NewsMax that typically view litigation costs a bit like COGS, its the cost of business. I think Dominion has a slum drunk case and actual evidence of both intent and the ramifications of those actions.

I don’t know what the value of Dominion’s election equipment business was, but because of the trumpanzees, it’s now zero. They won’t be able to sell a single machine to anyone in the US, because the Trumpanzees will hammer the buyer. Even if they rebrand, it won’t work, and no one will buy their business, because it has zero value.
So, Dominion needs to sue all of the various trumpanzees, Trump himself, Fox, etc., to recover the value that was destroyed by those people.

You just have to think fourteen-dimensionally - if she claims Dominion were working on behalf of the Deep State, which is itself an aspect of the government, her speech is protected by the First Amendment!
Just curious: since she was employed by a law firm (was in fact a partner) during her wild-assed defamation spree, can her now-former employer be dragged into this mess for its deep(er) pockets?
