Since he’s the Manhattan DA, he isn’t bound by the “no indictments of or lawsuits against Republican Presidents” rule, is he? I understand that he has to convince the 2nd Court of Appeals, but there’s no reason that he couldn’t indict him on, say, October 25th, is there?
(And this is why they are considered anarchists, isn’t it…)
