However, several states have passed laws intentionally challenging the constitutionality of Roe by lowering the threshold to 15 weeks, as in Mississippi, or six weeks, as in Texas. The Republican legislatures of those states are hoping that a more conservative Supreme Court will overturn or modify the 1973 ruling.

I see large-scale social disobedience and public disregard as highly likely if SCOTUS overplays its hand, which it surely will.

Now why would you think that highly likely?

I’d just like to point out that several Supreme Court justices are not partisan hacks.

I would like to see men have to defend their waste of life propagating semen every time they get in the shower for a change. After all, is it not their semen that is the CAUSE of all that “precious life”?

Abortion, guns and religion.

The GQP deplorable trifecta.

Isn’t that all religion?

And thus the only remaining firewall lies in their answering the question, “Should we let them catch the car?”

All I know is that we were all warned about this in 2016. I hope folks remember how a Dem is 100 times better than a repub. Some of us should be ashamed for our 2016 vote.

The abortion one is a done deal, they’ll uphold the MI law through some convoluted “logic” - or may even go “because we wanna” despite all the bleating that they aren’t partisan hacks.

The gun one could go either way - I’m not sure even the RC cabal wants to unleash even more gun violence, but I could be wrong. It’d be consistent if they don’t allow the state restriction to stand.

Religion - of course they’ll uphold the religious wrong to “force religion down our throats” © Li’l Marco Rubio and his oral fixation

Can sperm vote? Should each one be issued a social security number? So many questions!

It’s almost as if the founders thought firearms should be limited to people trained by and accountable to the government as explicitly stated in Sections 1-8 and 2-2 of the Constitution.

Not to even mention medical care, housing, schools, …what to do, what to do?

Well, that wanker J.D. Vance thought that only parents should have the vote, so it would seem a natural extension. I do think it will make counting the vote in future audits more difficult, but Republicans realize that they just have to get this matter in hand…

Yes, you can always tell a person isn’t a partisan hack when they go before the media and the world and scream, “I AM NOT A PARTISAN HACK!!!”

So this session will be about the sanctity of life? Abortion: Bad. Guns: Good
