The gun one could go either way - I’m not sure even the RC cabal wants to unleash even more gun violence, but I could be wrong. It’d be consistent if they don’t allow the state restriction to stand.
It’s almost as if the founders thought firearms should be limited to people trained by and accountable to the government as explicitly stated in Sections 1-8 and 2-2 of the Constitution.
