BEIJING (AP) — The United States said Wednesday that it has ordered China to close its consulate in Houston “to protect American intellectual property” and the private information of Americans.
Is there any situation the IMPOTUS can’t make worse?

Yeah, man, intimidation of our people is our job!
Perhaps more concerning in the ongoing escalation of tensions is that China has expelled most American journalist from the country. No journalists means no news. Secretive by nature, we’ll never know what the hell is going on there much to our own detriment.
So no Earth shattering trade agreement?
Really…is this a pretend “closing order” but wink-wink I will order to reopen it again because you know…Trump begged for Chinas’ help to win re-election just like what he & Flynn did with Russia!
Trump loving midwestern farmers should decided whether they are going to bother picking up their crop and if they do where are they going to store it. Of course they will still vote for Trump in November because they “like what they are seeing” and beside Biden is a socialist that is going to put AOC in charge and there will be government goons all over the place arresting people at random.
So far, I’m not sure if this is a game China is in on or not. Both countries will feed off of and profit from nationalism. Believe it or not, Trump is smart enough to play this game with China. Matter of fact, it’s what he’s good at.

25 years ago, I used to go to the Houston Chinese consulate everyday when I worked for a visa/passport service.
I lived in the neighborhood in the early 90’s when the gentrifying was starting—I always thought it was an interesting place for an embassy—a few doors down from Condoms Galore and Two Pesos and across from Disco Kroger.
China needs to rescind all those patents Ivanka managed to receive. Maybe the WH will notice something is wrong with their China policy.
