Not sure if itās the same problem, but when this happened to somebody a while ago it was traced to the size of the file he was trying to upload. Evidence on the latest few reports suggests there might be an additional wrinkle in that space may be constrained at some times, but not others on the server, so it may not be a consistent problem.
If you want to try to circumvent this and earn a little geek cred, try loading it into a photo editor program and then saving in a smaller size/resolution and trying again.
Or, like so many of us, you may just roll your eyes , bitch and move on to the next example of broken software at this siteā¦

The former New York mayor was paid last year to send a letter to Bucharest criticizing the Romanian governmentās efforts to root out corruption ā which the U.S. has supported.
I could only wish I was surprised by this. Rudy exporting Trumpian values throughout the world. I am so ready for all this to end; just tired of living life disgusted by the acts of my country.
