What was supposed to be the first day of the trial in ex-GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin’s defamation case against the New York Times on Monday has been pushed back to next week after she tested positive for COVID-19, the judge in the case announced on Monday.
“She is, of course, unvaccinated,” he remarked.

Just so Judge Rakoff doesn’t suggest there’s a link between her being unvaccinated and contracting COVID.

How is blaming Sara Palin’s rhetoric for extremist violence different from say, blaming a murdered police officer on “BLM?” Wouldn’t a reasonable person understand that such statements are opinions, rather than facts?
