Well, there are a good number of stories of deniers getting sick and dying. The one whose last words, to a nurse, were “I think I made a mistake” was pretty poignant. Others less so. I know what you mean, but there are people who saw the truth in their last days.

It’s always been a couple of thousand ahead of the official report, but now it’s 5000 ahead. Makes me wonder what is still going on with this administration under-reporting at every opportunity.
Even without Trump malfeasance, deaths are always under-reported, so I think worldometer is more on target.

They’ll ask him and he’ll say well he’s not sure that’s the real number, it could be lower, it could be much lower, and if he hadn’t closed the border to China it could be 2 million and everyone recognizes the good job they did but the fake news won’t write it. Of course you already know that. Everyone does. That’s why he’s losing.

According to the coronavirus tracker on microsoft news the death toll is over 203,000. Truth is it is probably higher than that.

Unfortunately, the number is no longer unimaginable and will more likely double by year end. I’ve noticed that the rate of deaths has slowed considerably, but I don’t know anymore whether it’s real or fake because of reporting stuff not taking place.
OT because I can, some have asked if any of our goats do brush clearing. The photo below is of two of our boys who found forever homes and serve as lawnmowers when the machine is broken (these are Higgens and Sheamus):

That’s because their information comes directly from the State and Locality departments of health. There’s no shading or funny business below the Federal level.
