Get Perry to testify under oath. Guarantee he spills some viable info. Guy has absolutely no brains. No way would he be disciplined enough or smart enough to not spill something incriminating.

We will root out corruption. We think it’s in the oil somewhere.

How in the hell did the Biden’s orchestrate this deal for Perry’s buddy? Impressive…

But Perry’s involvement in the Trump administration’s Ukraine policy hangs over the deal. The Energy Secretary reportedly suggested Bleyzer, among others, to Ukrainian officials as a potential new member of the Naftogaz board.

Ah yes…but by all means keep talking ridiculous shit about Hunter Biden, you corrupt bastards. Smoke and mirrors. Bait and switch. Doesn’t matter which con you’re pulling, it all adds up in the same lousy way. You point fingers at others while you try to pull off your heist. Perry couldn’t just leave this maladministration as a do-nothing, know-nothing Energy Secretary. In the end, he had to get in on the grift, because he knew it was an accepted perk of the job.

He has enough brains to refuse to testify under oath, as stated in TFA.

Well he might have to - in court in this suit.

The court is in Ukraine, and we do not have an extradition treaty with them. (can one extradite over civil trials?)

Is it civil or criminal if someone is poisoned, dies, but then comes back to life? No harm no foul?

No thee isn’t any extradition for civil cases. I didn’t know it was being tried in Ukraine - he won’t then.

He’s a happy little Ricky - avoided the whole damn thing even thought he was up to his eyebrows in it. Typical Rick Perry - he somehow manages to avoid the big trouble he is always on the edge of.

So you’re saying the dumb is an act? Works for Bojo.

Not him, someone close to him.

I"m not sure about that - it’s more like the old “god takes care of drunkards and fools,” and Perry is a fool. But he manages to slide out from under with his hands full of dollars most of the time.

Now get on with it and get the slimy critters up front and center in court as quick as you can, there is a damn election coming and Trump’s name is all over this in some way or fashion tied to a short rope to his bestest lawyer.
