Despite failing to qualify for the September debate, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) confirmed Thursday that she would not run as a third-party candidate.
“I’m going to continue to focus on moving our campaign forward, continuing this grassroots campaign, continuing to deliver our message to the American people and ask for their support.” She continued, “I mean, I’ve got bills to pay!”

Jill Stein has said she doesn’t think she will run. And there is this article from New York earlier in the month with a bit more insight. All I have to say is fretting about third party candidates is counterproductive. There will always be third party candidates, and complaining about this fact of life is like complaining about the weather. Even worse, it helps brand Democrats as losers and whiners.
I hadn’t seen this before and got only halfway through before I wanted to puke. “Traitor” is not an overstatement.
