What tripe. This is not even worthy of comment it is so far out there.

A marked-up version of the Trump Org's 2014 statement of financial condition — entered into evidence — suggests Trump himself issued final approval for the statements.

The document included a handwritten note from Trump Org. Controller Jeff McConney: "DJT TO GET FINAL REVIEW."

Alina Habba is definitely Trump’s lawyer because of her great legal skills, and not her uncanny resemblance to Ivanka & Melanoma:

So long story, short.

Something gives me a hunch that Smith’s team anticipated this motion will use it as an invitation to submit a scathing response.

US v Nixon pretty much allows for a quick dismissal. Engaging in a criminal conspiracy is not part of a President’s duties. Merely alleging fraud with no evidence to back it up is not a basis to undertake a conspiracy under the guise of ‘protecting election integrity.’ Chutkan will dismiss this fairly quickly. It’s an argument designed for SCOTUS, but I think Roberts will bring 1-2 others with him to shoot this down.

You can’t prosecute because he, in part, owns Truth ® That, and the prosecution totally ignores the well established legal principle of crossed fingers!

If Robert’s doesn’t then Biden should just send them to Gitmo and say he has presidential immunity.

So then, according to him, he IS guilty of a criminal conspiracy but it was legal when he did it.
