I am totally not going to try to read the articles on fetal personhood. But I did read the first sentence of the 14th amendment, and it refers to “all persons born or naturalized.” So it specifically excludes the unborn on its face.

Well, look. A human cell is a human cell, and is human. So an ovum or a slime of sperm are, biologically speaking, “human.” So are each of your blood cells. And they’re all “alive.”
The question is, and this is more philosophical than biological, what constitutes a person? Actually, in our modern world, it’s a legal question. Potentially arbitrary, like a kid of 17 and 364 days is a “child”, but the next day, they are suddently a “adult.”

There is only one way to play and win this game and that’s by flipping the script on him.

Build a website, as I’ve suggested where people can upload all their videos of ICE, of lying congressmen, all of it and state that these videos are being collected as evidence for the corruption trials to come. Every single person who worked with this administration will be investigated and if the evidence warrants, charged and prosecuted. This goes for every ICE agent committing capitol crimes, every lawyer who signed off on this shit.
Like I said, the first effect will be to send MAGA into a frenzy, and every one of the fat clown’s co-conspirators will flip the fuck out. Combine that by stating that corrupt pardons will not be honored and you will have them scrambling and shitting their pants for weeks.
