In the weeks leading up to Jan. 6, former President Trump reportedly attempted to pressure the Secret Service to devise a plan for him to join his supporters on a march to the Capitol, two people briefed on witnesses’ accounts to congressional investigators told the Washington Post.
Trump Pushed Secret Service To Let Him Join March To The Capitol Weeks Before Jan. 6
If I understand this correctly—and I usually do—Chiselin’ Trump wanted to join the march to the Capitol weeks before January 6th. That seems reasonable, given how slowly that fat ass waddles.
Though I’m sure Trump didn’t protest too hard when the Secret Service said he couldn’t join the march. Trump like to order the hoi polloi to do his bidding, not join them.
Additionally, the panel is probing if Trump and his aides played any role in encouraging the Secret Service to remove then-Vice President Mike Pence from the Capitol as a mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, targeting Pence and others.
That’s what I need to know, whether ‘Orange Lear’ tried to assassinate the male version of Cordelia (Pence).
There is no way that TFG would make a two mile walk in early January. You cannot convince me that the detail leader wasn’t worried about a heart attack or having to piggyback the President to a waiting golf cart.
What the Secret Service informed Trump about the crowd seems relevant to Trump’s culpability. It’s pretty damning if Trump knew the crowd was dangerous, then egged them on anyway, despite having knowledge of their intent.
