President Donald Trump on Wednesday told his supporters to “stay peaceful,” after his supporters had stormed the U.S. Capitol, prompting evacuations as a number of Republican lawmakers began an anti-democratic charade aimed at giving the President a second term he did not earn.
No, he just waited long enough for things to start burning and then said something, something for the textbooks. This way he can say, see I didn’t want this at all, see I tried, it wasn’t me.
One of many questions is – will the number of arrests and charges come anywhere close to the number of arrests and charges during the civil rights protests last year?
Oh look! Someone else is trying to gild the lily in this situation as well.
This is wrong and
not who we are. Be peaceful and use your 1st Amendment rights, but
don’t start acting like the other side. We have a country to save and
this doesn’t help anyone. https://t.co/3oUAPxuwi9
