The idea that Trump would “learn” anything that he didn’t want to learn, from anything whatsoever, is laughable.

The call was perfect. No one testified against him. No documents supported his guilt. Ukraine loves him. His detractors are traitors. He wasn’t REALLY impeached, not so that anyone would know it.

The only thing that Trump has learned from this is that he has no obligation to show remorse, contrition, or moderation from this point on. I don’t care if Collins believes what she said, it just matters that she’s ultimately complicit in empowering Trump and should be held accountable for, especially, any garbage going forward.
All Republicans should expect Trump to demand that they throw themselves under the bus while he blasts it down the road.
When are Mainers going to learn that Collins is a useless, disingenuous, pearl clutching concern troll? Hopefully both she and trump wake up on November 4th to “learn” that they no longer hold public office.
