Ex-President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday night that he was set to testify the next day in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ (D) civil investigation into the Trump Organization.
I want him to be forced to read something just to see if he can.
Just tell the truth, Donald and everything will be fine.

CNBC is reporting that Trump announced that he refused to answer any questions. Just the headline, no story yet.
“Your deposing me is illegal because my tax returns are under audit.”
“Mazars accounting firm? I don’t know them.”

It would be great if by January we could have the networks broadcast daily depositions by Trump and Giuliani in prime time, but stop covering them as part of the national news — they always really were more about entertainment than governing, anyway.
To be fair, it was either taking the 5th or killing another ex-wife.
