The bad thing about the dumbass idea of “payroll tax” cuts is that most people don’t realize that “payroll tax” = FICA = Social Security & Medicare. It’s a backdoor to eliminating those “entitlements”.
Short term “positive gain” for long term negative consequences.
The Goopers have been salivating about this forever and Agent Orange is about to deliver. Once again the working stiff gets stiffed by the Goopers. And will be swindled into thinking he’s made out just fine until it gets close to retirement and he realizes he’s gonna have to work until he dies.

Lordy, I hope so. But the Goopers have just thrown down the gauntlet on a new field of battle, and couched the whole thing in terms that sound positive for the little guy, while sniggering behind their hands at swindling the rubes. By the time the rubes wake up it’s toolate.
