President Trump delivered his first formal address amid mounting protests nationwide in the wake of George Floyd’s death at the Rose Garden on Monday evening, saying that he has “strongly recommended” that every governor deploy the National Guard to “dominate the streets.”

This president is WEAK! He’s scared and he wants the military to fight this battle for him. No Leadership! NONE. He’s the type that would declare martial law just to avoid the election.

Did you ever notice he starts out tough and then fizzes out? He didn’t actually invoke the insurrection act or martial law but just ended up with a bunch of weasel words. Hard to be a tough guy without any actual courage.

He wanted loud noises in the streets outside in order to create the illusion that he’s a tough guy who’s still doing his job even though he’s in grave danger. He’s a phony and a fraud.

Threatening mayors and governors with using the military if they don’t do what he wants is yet another tactic of a petty and very frightened would-be tyrant.
He is afraid of the crowds, afraid of losing in November, and he actually knows he’s in trouble, so he’s lashing out the only way he knows how—by bullying and boasting and thumping his chest.
