Former President Donald Trump spent his Sunday night threatening Comcast and NBC, saying if he gets a second term in the White House he would investigate the independent media outlets for “treason” and make them “pay a big price.”
Thanks for your generous warning, sir. We’re working as hard as we can to get you back in the White House!
Love,
Meet the Press/NBC and the Concern Trolling Both Sides team at MSNBC
His words should be front and center in every news report. Then, it’s game on. Trump doesn’t want anyone to ask the question as to why he thinks he should lead this Nation when he is currently indicted and waiting for trial on so many crimes against this country. Force him to answer the question. Ask nothing else until he does. Same for every Republican in office or those who wish to gain office. It’s fact finding.
Meanwhile, Mr. Smith continues to prepare…
Update: The press needs to go on a truth campaign.
Trump and his “lawyers” use the same gameplan - continuously misrepresent reality for such a length of time that others get worn down and assume that there is some factual basis behind it. Time to take the attack directly to this fraud and confront him nonstop. Then repeat with all members of the Republican Party.
Second update: I guess this is what all innocent people do in government agencies when leaving their offices:
I know we’re not supposed to bring this up (for some reason), but seriously are we all, “liberal” media included, really never going to say anything about Trump’s pseudo-Braveheart avatar and the obvious steep mental decline it evidences?
Hard to feel alarmed when you can’t stop laughing.
admitted he was behind the decision to describe the 2020 presidential elections as “rigged.”
That admission led many legal experts to suggest that Trump effectively destroyed a defense tactic his legal team could possibly use in the criminal cases he is facing.
more chuckles
a tiny fraction of the rap sheet he’d have if it included his entire lifetime of criming. I know we’re in a serious situation right now. It’s too easy to lose sight of it amidst all the banality.
I really don’t think Trump will even be nominated. I know the polls say otherwise but, historically, primary polls have not been much more accurate than a horoscope most years in predicting who gets nominated. When Republicans actually start voting, my guess is Trump will fail to win even a single state and be out the day after super Tuesday.
I hope the craven & pusillanimous MEET THE PRESS bosses and NBC execs get a good look at this so they can calculate what giving this blowhard an hour of indiscriminate lying has yielded them.
“… will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things, and eventsME” Authoritarian Pond Scum added. “The Fake News Media should pay a big price for what they have done to our once great CountryME!”
If we re-elect this insufferable git, he’s gonna paint the country orange and infiltrate our every synapse. Yay!
my guess:
the article closes with:
“… he [Whiting] also spent seven years prosecuting organized crime in Boston for the Justice Department from 1995 to 2002.”
