You constantly accuse me, and others, of dumping on Democrats. I write voluminously on the difference between the two poles. I never say “they’re just one uniparty” or claim our goals are wrong. I don’t claim that we are full of corruption, or wolves in sheep’s clothing. I have never voted for an R and I never will.
I advocate for a better (and realistic) strategy and political dynamic and especially…to be real and honest about how elections are won. #1 rule is to get a majority of people to vote for you. It’s not about being pure, or right, or fair, or just, or servicing this group or that group or worrying about stepping on a few toes.
Your ‘dumping on Democrats’ is getting real tiresome and is so lame. Have you ever led a group? Coached a team that was in an actual contest? Continual improvement, being honest about actual capabilities and shortcomings, and motivation are essential. Not chiding and moralizing and scolding and purity.
Anybody in charge of a team or army or organization SHOULD be fired for repeatedly using all of the resources available with ZERO results. 9 years of flailing and futility against the Chump armor is the proof.

Yes, in fact, I was head of two different departments of an organization with over 10,000 members. During that time, we went from ‘completely fucked’ to running smoothly and strong by the time I left1. And I agree with ‘continual improvement, being honest about actual capabilities and shortcomings, and motivation’ being essential. I also agree that scolding isn’t.

The system is designed to avoid results. We got 2 Impeachments in under 2 years, but 66 votes required to convict means that there’s not much you can do when the other guys aren’t acting in good faith.
And yet, you’re the one who keeps telling me ‘oh, we have to keep trying for the white male voter’ when Jasmine Crockett calls the pissants harping on her ‘mediocre white boys’—which they obviously are. You’re not going to win them. We’ve tried. We’ve tried running Repub-lite candidates for decades. It never works. The people who are winnable don’t want to be pandered to, they want confidence, and someone who demonstrates they’re willing to fight for what they believe in.

Well, there’s your ‘new strategy’ of being ‘left on policy’: Fight for what’s right, and talk to the American people about why it’s right. Confidence and passion make a huge difference with a lot of voters.

Here is a summary of what I want to see, regardless of how you want to research every word I have posted and make your own summary.
Appeal to the widest spectrum of voters possible.
Quit closing off parts of that spectrum by constantly savaging them with terms like racist, feminist, fascist, pasty, frail, fragile, pink, aggrieved, incel and finding new ways to slime men by adding -bro. I think that is fine here on a forum…but that stuff is neck-deep out on the Social Media and coming out of our biggest influencers.
Go after Rs wherever they are, and attack Chump THROUGH them…by proxy…instead of wasting another year’s allotment of ammo on him alone. When you’ve seen 100% of your Sherman shells bounce off the front of the Panzers you MUST change tactics.
Campaigns need to be aspirational and attractive/appealing. Not downers constantly criticizing ‘society’, ‘culture’, the U.S., and leading with nasty criticisms and scolding the vast majority of possible voters for not being better people.
Again, I agree with most of the criticisms. I agree with quite a lot of the nasty names and join in here on a paywalled forum. But that can’t be how we appeal to enough voters to matter. We barely even try to reach out to 49%- of the electorate and if any of them whisper one word we don’t like we immediately throw a shit fit and excommunicate them too.

I am in the minority on this forum, but I don’t believe race is motivating all of the R voters or wishy-washy independents. I know it is motivating a certain core of the R-sphere but calling them all racists…again and again and again for decades has lost us elections.
What would you call Hispanics who voted R in great numbers?
