This isn’t about Chump or any R “believing” anything. They are trying to JAM everything. They did something horrible? Then Rs will come around to calling it heroic. Somebody on the other team did something heroic, the Rs will just keep chanting about how horrible it was until everything is upside down, everything is mixed-up crazy chaos, everything is shit.
Chump taught them how to survive there. How to thrive there. They were well on their way without him…but he stood on the biggest public stage and lied his ass off with a diaper full of shit…and nothing terrible happened. He raped women, bribed porn-stars, extorted nations, allied himself with Russian sabateurs. Used all the powers of hell, POTUS, and US Govt to steal an election. And proved you could do it, no half measures. No downside. Go all the way. Embrace insurrection and call the defenders murderers. We are there.

Yup. I suspected as much. Now i see it confirmed. The purpose and methods of the insurrectionists is terrorism. Plain and simple. Reminds me of a rogue Islamic group that terrorizes countries in the Middle East. The Islamic State gives Islam a bad name, just as groups like the Oath Keepers, the Proud Boys, the Three Percenters, and even the fucking Tea Party make it embarrassing to be an American. All of these groups apparently hate their own cause. They hate it so much they must destroy it with the hopes of rebuilding it in their own image. Except, they are not any god at all. They are nothing but parasites that suck the life out of everything they touch.

Shoot one person who has a direct line of attack on members of Congress? String them up! (As I recall, the cop who shot Babbitt was Black, which probably feeds into the lynching comments and the anger about a white woman being killed)
If the officer didn’t shoot Babbitt, there would have been a rush of rioters at members of Congress…at which point the officers down the hall with miniguns would have lit up the crowd, or been overrun, followed by the rioters attacking members of Congress directly with the guns that they definitely had with them (and fortunately just never pulled out during the insurrection). It would have been a true massacre of some kind…which would have given Trump and Republicans plenty of martyrs to cry over.

Will the police organizations and unions, oops benevolent associations who endorsed Trump and some of these congress members now rescind their endorsements or at least condemn him?
A few weeks ago Dana Milbank pointed out in his column the legislative rankings of congress members by the main major police organization. Most Democrats including the Squad scored far higher in the 70-85% range than the likes of a Clyde of Gym Jordan who were in the 35-45% range.

I imagine he sees himself as a major player in the mid-terms, possibly because, by then, he will have been re-installed as POTUS, kicking Biden and all the rest of the Dems to the curb, much the same way he was in January.
If you think he held a grudge against Obama for making fun of him at the Press Corps party, can you imagine how he is salivating at the idea of shoving Biden out the door of the WH?
And maybe I kid about all of this, but I imagine this is exactly how he sees himself and his future.

I would re-iterate my point from above.
These people don’t believe their bullshit. They say the BS because it works for them.
I don’t think for a moment that 99% of our country’s assholes ‘believe’ the election was stolen. They know it wasn’t. It is just easier for them to say whatever bullshit they need to, to keep moving. Not look back, not have to answer for anything, not have to explain themselves or provide proof. Just keep muddying the waters and doubling-down…because there is no consequence for doing what they are doing.
I’m just getting tired of mealy-mouthing around it…seems all the headlines or CNN or other articles and discussion surrounding what we are seeing now is really missing the point. “studies show that 84% of R voters say they still believe there was fraud”. NO THEY DON’T. 100% of them are liars who are forcing you to eat a shit sandwich, they aren’t so feeble minded as to believe that…they are just so evil and intent on ruination that they SAY they believe that crap in order to dodge full culpability.
