How is the criminal Trump and his lackeys offering money to fight subpoenas anything other than witness tampering and obstruction of Justice?

If they do provide legal funds to folks who don’t cooperate and do not provide legal funds to folks who do cooperate, then this is bribery, witness tampering and obstruction of justice, and conspiracy on those counts as well, and Matt Schlapp and his cronies should all go to jail.

You’d think there aren’t any spare funds available, given the billion dollars or so in legal fees facing El Naranja Lardo.

“We are certainly not going to assist anyone who agrees with the mission of the committee and is aiding and abetting the committee,” the ACU leader told CNN.

Why not just call it a bribe then?

American Conservative Union

Man, this is rich. Here’s a union that does not support labor rights. True to form, they make it their mission to screw themselves with fundraising efforts aimed toward obstruction of justice.

Will the RNC be teaming with up the ACU or does the Guardians Of Pandemics only pay the legal bills of high-profile lecherous grifters?

“Select cronies??” A-list miscreants?

Ah, key point, it’s not his money. He’s “coordinating” someone else’s money being used. He approves the name, ACU forks over funds.

I guarantee he’s fundraising off of this, though.

Re: Lawyers fees

I am happy to use the loot to pay for the lawyers’ fees of any of you who did not see or cannot remember who was the triggerman.

Not to mention that the “gifts” of money are most likely to subject to taxes as well. Any good tax lawyers prowling this forum that can shed light on this aspect of the “bribery?”
