Wolf won’t get confirmed. He’ll stay in as acting until the Trump regime leaves in January. There is no Senate anymore. It doesn’t exist under Trump.

Not going to retroactively confer the qualified immunity he lacked when he was violating the shit out of the Constitution.

How shenanigans like this don’t bother 41.6 percent of the American people is a wonder to me.

I doubt the 30% base gives a shit one way or the other, but this is just one more reason we need to continue the fight to get Trump and his gang of incompetent thieves out of office.

And after that, prosecute the shit out of everyone of them, and/or make damn sure they can never earn a living in public service again. EVER!

At this point, I doubt that Wolf could be confirmed as a congressional janitor.

Chad claimed he didn’t know what Qanon was or that it is on Homeland Security’s watchlist.

Just a bit out of touch and under qualified for the job.

Seriously, you can’t make this shit up. Simultaneously corrupt, incompetent and inept at correcting after the fact. Gee, do you suppose Moscow Mitch is going to take this up before of after he takes up stuff like addressing the House bill regarding the USPS? I’m not holding my breath.

The US Constitution’s article II sec. 2 provides that the President of the United States:

shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States.

But, as smart prosecutors know, predators don’t ask for consent.

Even if he is confirmed, that does not remove his liability for the things he did while unlawfully claiming to hold office.

There are millions of innocents who are not included in that percentage.

Innocents in varying stages of ignorance, disinterest, alienation and hand-to-mouth existence.

It would be lovely if we could reach them before they grow up to be their parents all over again.

I was on the periphery of teaching many of their parents.

Well those you did teach I’m sure are better for it.

I wonder how many octaves Chad’s voice will go up when Kamala and the Dems cut his balls off.

But there are also many people who are fine with it as long as it’s done by a Republican president.

So excluding @emiliano4 innocents that leaves 30% of Americans that this doesn’t bother them at all. And my theory is these people don’t sweat the small things, the details, but if it comes to pass that someone(s) was hurt under Chad’s watch, sues, and wins then they might care when the money that has to be paid to the plaintiff means that there is no money for something that they care about, which just means they’re justified and hating on the blacks, browns, and antifas.
