President Donald Trump applauded an appeals court’s ruling on Wednesday that allowed the Justice Department to drop the criminal case against Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser.
Proof that the DOJ’s reversal and move to drop the charges against Flynn were in no way political.
Remember when LBJ’s justice department dropped the charges against Lee Harvey Oswald and then Jack Ruby?
Again was this the 3 panel of appeals court judges and not the fill bench?
For a guy whose has had almost every EO and policy change challenged in state and federal court since taking office you’d think he’d understand the court structure by now.
May this be brought up before the en banc hearing as proof-positive this was never about Executive prosecutorial powers, checks, or balances.

Traitors applauding traitors. Other than that, nothing new here other than the realization that corruption has been profoundly manifest in all branches of our government.

Of course for the Wingnut Empire this ruling is proof that the entire Russia investigation was a hoax and everyone involved in it should go to jail. Plus Joe Biden should not be allowed to oppose Trump in the election, Trump should just be awarded a second term to make up for how badly he was wronged in his first term.
Trump is a traitor to the country, the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution. Impeach again!
I’m just wondering how long the judges not appointed by Trump will put up with the unqualified Trump appointed judges? Please tell me there is some way to hold judges accountable.
Last night Trump claimed he appointed 300 federal judges. Scary.
When the minority has seized power by any means necessary, it will use any means necessary to hold onto it. No. There is no way to hold any of the GOP accountable. At least none you would consider palatable.

My threshold for palatable is getting lower as the days go by.

I’ve seen a suggestion that the state of Pennsylvania do exactly that. The lege would go nuts and try to block it, and I have no idea if they could manage it or not, but it’s certainly a fine idea. You don’t hand people over to authoritarian governments for money, it’s just tacky.
Not to mention his experience dealing with 3,000 or so lawsuits before ever becoming an ersatz politician.
