After his administration attempted to block a whistleblower’s complaint from reaching Congress, President Donald Trump declared on Wednesday that he supports full transparency — from his 2020 rival Joe Biden and other Democrats.
This is beginning to feel like a Max Headroom or Twilight Zone episode. He holds the country in stasis by talking, talking, talking. We cannot look away, we cannot return to a normal life.
I’ve been watching it and I swear they gave him an elephant tranquilizer before doing this press conference. Every other word out of his mouth is vindictive name-calling or a complete lie. He hasn’t answered one question and not one reporter has confronted him on not answering their question or putting out false information either. He’s so incompetent, inept and divisive. All he does is blame others for everything. He a fucking mental case. I should add, you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears like in the cartoons. He’s gonna rage tonight on someone. I anticipate someone gets fired soon just because someone else is always to blame for the mess he makes.
Ah, here’s the next White House talking point: insist on transparency from Biden and Democrats in an effort to make them look suspicious. The problem, of course, is that they have been transparent, it’s difficult not to be when there is literally nothing to talk about.
Get ready for more of this kind of desperation from the administration…everything they have tried on this has failed to tamp it down like every other crisis, and they are making it worse by releasing things that make Trump look even more culpable of criminal activity. It’s just a demonstration of how incompetent they are, they can’t even cover things up…we’re really lucky there hasn’t been a real crisis since Trump entered office, because this is how it would have been handled. Fortunately, their crisis management is likely to break the whole criminal enterprise apart finally.
Just like there wasn’t with Benghazi, emails, Whitewater and a raft of other Democratic ‘sins’. Projection is just a hopeful attempt to deflect from what’s real and in front of us.
