Trump Stonewalls Federal Judges In New Round Of Brazen Defiance

My first thought was Little Bobby is hearing only from quack scientists who can’t get their garbage papers published in good journals.

It has always been thus.

This and the arbitrary tariffs, are just manifestations of hubris. Americans have grown to believe that they are exceptional, and superior in every way to all other nations in the world.

So we are now treating our allies, partners, suppliers and customers with contempt, behaving like we are the only option they have. We will soon suffer the fate of empires that believed their own BS.

And the entities claiming any speech against the state of Israel is anti-Jewish all believe that every Jew will spend eternity burning alive in a fiery pit.

The bullshit is a tidal wave that blocks out all light. A sea of fetid white nationalist shit all with a tax free status that has built their churches out of the bones of black people.

And real scientific journal articles corroborate that which RFKJr believes not to be the case.

So, any 30 Senate Democrats can drag out debate by 10 hours? Repeatedly? Sounds like a plan! … but for Go Along to Get Along Schumer.

This would be an excellent time to rebel. Schumer says no, but 30 of them do it. Maybe next delay, 32 Dems. Etc. Maybe a new Minority Leader gets elected at some point.

Just blocking a few appointments by a madman who doesn’t care about “confirmation” votes anyway is just symbolic, or actually just shambolic. Kick him in his “Big Butt Bill”. That will help Americans in addition to thwarting the trump train.

Linda McMahon: “and in sync with the administration”

Government is now the solution, Republicans.

Adjust your rhetoric. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yep. Just like all the money that was spent fighting affirmative action in admissions. Somebody to blame because their own child is thick as shit.

The other day someone in the Hive rhetorically asked if the GOP members in the house had read the BBB. Well, now we know.

Republican congressman faced intense backlash from his constituents after admitting in a town hall that he hadn’t actually read crucial parts of President Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill.”

“I am not going to hide the truth, this provision was unknown to me when I voted for that,” Nebraska Rep. Mike Flood said in response to an audience member’s questions about proposed measures that would make it easier for the U.S. government to defy court orders.

His admission prompted loud yells and cheers from the crowd, even as he assured them he had told GOP members of the Senate of his concerns after learning about the provision.

It comes in many lovely colors. And less than $20 if you have Amazon Prime (which I don’t and never will. Fuck Bezos!).

I’ve wondered this too. Some of these men were grabbed from prison cells where at least one was serving a life sentence.

of these men non-stop. Did he collect them by freeing them?

That’s probably part of it, but he also wants to suppress anything in the major medical journals that conflicts with his whackadoodle ideas about health. And that’s a lot! The journals can stand up to this, and just ignore anything printed in a garbage in-house journal by captive agencies like the NIH.

What does “in sync” mean Linda? Doing what trump wants research to be according to his reality? No Linda, research in fact based.

Yes. I want Congress to act now. We are so far from 2026 & the magnitude of damage is already beyond repair. We need Congress to act now. They aren’t. I’m overwhelmed by the enormity of what is being done. Worse, I don’t see any light at end of tunnel. I suspect many are as TPM forum participation has dropped off. It’s simply overwhelming & depressing to read the daily & ever more damage with no end to it, all in less than 6 months.

I pray daily for divine intervention. As Congress refuses to uphold their oath.

“A mouse to play with?”
How’s about, ‘a stumbling and discombobulated easy kill that might’ve been poisoned and, so, be dangerous to eat?’

Why hadn’t he read the bill? Didn’t answer the question.

The congressman did not address why it was he had failed to properly examine the bill’s provisions before voting on them.

A Constitutional Clash In Three Acts

“In three closely watched anti-immigration cases, the Trump administration continued its slo-mo constitutional defiance of the judicial branch …”

Oh please, we’re still framing this as defiance of the law and the courts?

Trump is not bound by the law, or the Constitution. How can you defy something that your are not beholden to obey in the first place? He’s not defying anything. He’s above the law, immune to any consequences for breaking them.
Sooner or later the media and the citizens will awaken to their new reality. Trump is a King, able to exercise all the powers a King has in their quiver.
