President Trump kicked off his week bright and early Monday morning by ridiculing former South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford (R) over a former affair he had with an Argentinian woman.
Trump is jealous that Sanford had an affair that he didn’t have to pay the woman for. Someone actually found Sanford attractive. Never happened to the Dotard.
Yeah … sure … if that is so critical of an issue - the nation will be overwhelmingly repulsed by the aroma and memory of Trump & Stormy Daniels & all of the lurid details
What is that smell? his “deodorant” … probably something like this -
Only a fricking incompetent idiot would be proud of smearing a House Rep of his party, only to have that Rep lose the primary, and the primary victor go on to defeat by the opposition party:
Sanford was criticized by President Donald Trump for being “very unhelpful,” and “nothing but trouble” hours before polls closed on the day of the June 12th Republican primary. Trump also endorsed state Representative Katie Arrington as the Republican nominee for Sanford’s seat. Arrington defeated Sanford in the Republican primary by garnering 50.5% of the vote, to Sanford’s 46.5%. Sanford became the second Republican to lose renomination to the House of Representatives
After his loss, The New York Times wrote, “Mark Sanford of South Carolina found out the hard way, in his surprise primary defeat” that "having a conservative voting record is less important than demonstrating total loyalty to Mr. Trump."
On November 6, 2018, Democrat Joe Cunningham was elected as his successor, defeating Arrington in an upset election.
Huh, who would have thought that an individual who had an affair with Stormy Daniels (he denies it, but…) would have the audacity to bring up the same topic about a competitor? Hypocrisy much? Two points in Mark Simpson’s favor 1) he owned up to it and 2) he didn’t have to pay hush money for the privilege of the affair. Then again, that is like arguing virtue among whores.
The Independent surmises he was trying to type “Flamingo Dancer” because he called the woman that before. Of course she has never been a flamenco dancer, and she hasn’t been a flamingo either. And now you know the oranges of this Trumpian nomenclature.
He was also tweeting at John Legend and calling his wife, Chrissy Teigen, “foul-mouthed.” This is part of his pattern. He’s a flaming hypocrite. He’s had numerous affairs, yet calls someone out for having an affair. He cussed in public more than any president in my lifetime and yet he’s calling someone else “foul mouthed.” He’s morbidly obese and can’t wait to tell some woman she’s fat. Next to doing the stupidest thing possible in any situation, being a hypocrite is one of his greatest achievements.
Or perhaps he was conflating Sanford and Wilbur Mills, House Ways and Means chairman in the '70s, who was caught with a stripper billed as The Argentine Firecracker.
Rutro. Someone stole a headline from Donald J. Grump. Grump not happy. Grump Smash!.
Trump must be getting some serious news from GOP leadership. After all, South Carolina is one of the states GOP is looking to cancel Pirmary as to not embarrass Trump or strengthen GOP challengers. Even with the lock in place, DJT has to attack all, even those who aren’t really a threat.
