Just completely off into the Fake Reality Zone. There was never any reason to believe a single flapping word out of this guy’s mouth the last 40 years. No single reason to believe a word he said his entire campaign. And about 13,000 public lies while in office, as the highest elected official in the land. And now he is moving on to faked video presentations of his amazing work ethic, effectiveness, and Working For You promotions. That this works on ANY percentage of the electorate proves how dangerous TV, Video, and mass propaganda really are and how they have been abused by the folks who own the cameras and broadcast towers. We have reached the point where literally the world’s greatest liar and the only person whom you cannot believe a single word that comes from his crumb-hole is manipulating the manipulable like so many millions of puppets. I don’t think this will work enough to turn the tables for Chump, but gawd help us all what we have come to. Meat Puppets controlled electronically.

Photo-ops to show that he is working? The WH is a bit late on this. How do they make up for all the TV watching, tweeting and golf of the past three years? Show the faithful that he can pose for a picture -uh huh that’ll do the trick. You mean like the photo shop of his head on Sylvester Stallone’s body kind of photo-op? Ya sure but I am not buyin’ it. More folks are out shopping this weekend than paying attention to Trump.

He’s so ripped now, there’s nothing holding him back from … posing for fake photos. That this is where we are, with the president now a figurehead/celebrity/criminal from whom NOTHING of substance is expected is just so pathetic.
It’s almost laughable that the Democrats are holding him to any standard whatsoever (if it weren’t so tragic).

I have been begging for a lefty platform to counter this. Not very effectively, I guess I would need access to very powerful people or start my own PR Communications Jihad Firm for The Left.
But the only thing that can counteract these assaults on reality using Mass Media…is Mass Media that runs absolutely refutational content to nullify this BS. Something like constant hard-hitting 60 minutes scale dramatic and compelling video that distills Chump and the Rs recent behavior. Of course on a broader front…that would challenge Mass Media ownership and Corporate malfeasance (buying congress people, lobbying, writing our policies in the dark).
No amount of good journalism, decent Dem lawmakers, and goodwill of good citizens can hope to counter such blatant attempts at mass mind control. Of course, you could just rely on hope that your opposition would have better morals, better stewardship of their flock and constitution, some modicum of shame, and a duty to country and governing institutions. But alas. There is nothing Chump won’t stoop to. Absolutely nothing. So our choice is just to LET HIM and hope, or strike back with our own Media Missions, but based on proof and truth and evidence. So again, hard-hitting 60 minutes style (because it is a proven and palatable mass-consumption model) that shows the Kushner Sagas. The Saudi BS. The Russian BS. The Ukrainian BS. The Emoluments. The Hotels, Trump Tower Moscow, and Muscovite Mitch/NRA/Republican Rubles scandals. Reportage, from News Orgs, tends to be a single-fire weapon that soon is radiating out towards Pluto never to be seen again. It isn’t a repetition model, which of course Chump’s propaganda will be. We need to be able to show, repeat, show, show again or he will make some headway with this approach. The one thing he doesn’t have is any REAL facts, no REAL accomplishments…so his stuff is going to be weak and superficial and look like bad condo advertising. We certainly CAN mount better comeback material…but there is no vehicle doing so…and no real TEAM or organization devoted to pushing it.
