Don’t Dare Say the New Air Force One Has No Clothes Just 18 months into Trump II, the president feels the confidence and swagger to demand that grand jury subpoenas be served immediately upon the nation’s leading newspaper for reporting that his beloved new Qatari-gifted Air Force One doesn’t haven the same defensive capabilities as…
Sue morning memo! It’s distributing top secret information about Air Force Trump!
Mr. Patel scuttled a planned trip to Chicago and spent roughly eight hours at the White House on Friday, running the investigation from thererather than F.B.I. headquarters — a major departure from historical practice.
Tells you all you need to know about the politicization of the FBI, the DoJ, and ultimately, the rule of law in America.
Any FBI Director with a sense of honor would resign.
Re: Keystone Kash and his big meeting (and beating, probably), the word ‘investigation’ is doing a lot of lifting.
Also, the Dotard’s skin has negative thickness.

AI has gotten WAY too good.
When I first saw the McConnell pic, I thought, when’s that newspaper from? But the newspaper is accurate (it’s Sunday’s WaPo). Still, he looks a little too clean and neat in the image – as others have noted, he looked worse BEFORE he went into the hospital.
I wonder about the image. I definitely don’t buy the statement.
Too bad he didn’t have a Jesus moment to declare he has sinned and knows he should change his ways. A flip flop would be hilarious. ![]()
Google: Escalating Middle East conflict rattles indices and spikes energy costs
U.S. stock indices traded mixed on July 13 as a fresh escalation of hostilities between the U.S. and Iran dampened investor sentiment. Renewed strikes near the Strait of Hormuz over the weekend triggered a surge in oil prices, with Brent crude nearing $80 per barrel amid Iranian threats to close the vital maritime corridor.
NACHO.
The oddest thing for me about the Mitch “proof of life” photo is that somebody at that photo shoot, including Elaine Chao, must have had a smartphone with them. It would take a couple seconds to film something like “Hey Andy, no need to have a special election. And you Republicans stop worrying about Massie taking my seat. I’m in the MRSA Ward, which is why all this protocol stuff. See you as soon as we get this under control. Bye for now.”
But they didn’t do that. So, coma? Dead?
Five years ago I would have accepted that photo as proof of life, even though photoshop had been around for quite a few years. Now, no, not on its own. Video at the very least, in-person meeting with a Democratic senator or governor, preferably also on video. I find myself studying the wrinkle patterns in his shirt and bedding.
Another reminder that the goal here is not necessarily to lie, but to convince us that truth is not obtainable.
Well, Elvis is there, so…
President Trump gives the late Sen. Lindsey Graham a lifetime score of 99 out of 100:
Really? We’re really doing this now? Giving people’s lives a Rotten Tomatoes score? Please just stop already.
An essential read from the NYT on on how Marco Rubio effectively controls Venezuela’s finances, the distribution of its natural resources, and its government in a quasi-colonial arrangement since the U.S. capture of President Nicolás Maduro.
Fidel would be very proud of Marco…
Look at Elaine Choos hand. The photo is AI slop.
I’m glad the NYT has good lawyers. The administration is probably trying to pull a Judith Miller on them, knowing they won’t name their sources. (It would be hilarious if one of them, knowing that their career is finished, DID name sources.)
I wish Miller hadn’t become the face of standing up for the First Amendment, considering how she was really a water-carrying stenographer.
