President Donald Trump has sent at least two strange letters to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, one of which was so bizarre that the Canadian ambassador had to make sure it wasn’t a prank.
So the so-called “Leader of the Free World” has enough time on his hands to read 2-year old copies of Businessweek Magazine and snail-mail them to Prime Minister Trudeau?
The Canadian prime minister responded to Trump’s document with a printout of Office of the United States Trade Representative’s site that reported a surplus of $12.5 billion in 2016, a figure Trudeau had circled with a drawn smiley face next to it.
Next time, Trudeau is going to draw the smiley face himself, just to make sure the Dotard gets the message. And maybe a couple of stick figures with US and Canadian flags and a big heart in the middle. Or is that too subtle a message…?
He’s done this crap for years. Any negative article, he pulls a copy and writes things like “Bad writer!” next to the byline and so forth. He’s smarter than the publisher, editor, writer, whomever, he’s richer than they say, the usual.
Every day Trump demonstrates mare and more how much he is losing touch with reality, not to mention his responsibilities as our so-called “president.” Have we reached the time for a 25th Amendment intervention yet? How long before Trump decides to nuke someone? Maybe Ottawa? Maybe Seoul? Who knows, he’s already threatened to destroy North Korea and Iran, and o wipe Afghanistan off the face of the Earth
This sophomoric stunt exemplifies why the world, except for Russia, DPNK, and KSA, have basically given up on this Presidency, anxiously awaiting real leadership from the next Administration.
If Republicans continue to refuse to safeguard our elections, they just might be surprised at which countries decide to interfere in 2020 and to whom the benefit may accrue.
Trump writes poison pen letters to the leader of the Canada -a democracy and our northern neighbor- while reveling in love letters from Kim Jong Un the leader of North Korea a brutal dictator and an adversary. 25th amendment anyone?
