What Dems need to learn to do is actually stand up for those Civil Service jobs and not just give lip service to them. They need to clearly explain how much they contribute to actually saving the gov’t money, providing expertise and advances in all kinds of professions. They do not by and large waste money as the trumpers falsely claim nor do they enable fraud.
