I can respect that companies, governments, and the like won’t discuss “personnel matters”, but when the same position has turned over 3 time in 3 years then we need to know what the hell is going on.

That is the expertise/loyalty dilemma for trump. Conscientious, informed professionals won’t bow to his wrong-headed policy. Toadies who jump to his every whim have not a fuckin clue how government should work.
