Nope a big favor. We need to get out of both places, but a democratic president cannot do it because republicans will be screaming that he is stabbing the GIs in the back (See Obama and Iraq), so if Trump does it all Biden has to do is to follow through, withdrawing is not as complicated. Just destroy or donate the equipment that is too hard to move and fly the troops out.

It’s too late to have a very professional transition. There will obviously be a transition.
When we are a few months beyond Trump being escorted off the grounds as a tresspasser, we will be marvelling at the insanity we went through, not just in November but for the past four years.
That’s assuming, of course, that sanity is restored. It may be too late for that, too.
