I suspect Maggie Haberman may have hit on what is really going on (she is right once or twice a year, I will give her that) - Obama is scheduled to go to Denmark a few weeks after Trump’s visit had been planned. Trump knows he will be the subject of many protests but Obama will be welcomed as a hero. And that bugs the crap out of Trump. He hates Obama as much as he hates Hillary.
