Just when I imagined the GOP attacks couldn’t get more vile: It’s morning, Ron Johnson blames the attack on Criticism Race Theory, now another idiot Tim Burchette blames Secret Services Director
Kimberly Cheatle… because (drum roll), she’s a " DEI HIRE " from the Pepsi company while still defiant when conceding that she was a former agent.

The GOP has taken us (at least verbally) back to the landed gentry class of white male landowners; physical and or virtual property owners as the only legitimate citizen-class in this “new nation”.

You begin to understand the underpinnings of MAGA thought as well as the world view of Mike Johnson and the Christian Nationalists.

Greene is one of those fools who hates to not be the center of attention.

So, Donnie, how’s that retribution thingy working out for ya?

I wonder if there could be across the media an “all things trump” channel web site, paper … … what ever … and then a separate media for all things NOT trump related (Biden would be welcome)… you know… like normal news stuff. There must be stuff out there that doesn’t involve trump’s slobbering visage or bleeding ear.
Anything? Hello?

Violent rhetoric: Trump’s favorite campaign method.

The Democrats calling out some in the GOP as fascist wanna-bes is not violent rhetoric, it is speaking the truth to the Electorate.

Bullies often get punched in the face for their behavior. This was a tragic swing but Trump’s rhetoric had a lot more to do with it than the language of any of his political foes.

A long time ago my boss told me that there was flip side to the Golden Rule (ie, “treat everyone around you the way you would like to be treated, yourself”). The flip side was simply “Never really piss anyone else off !” Meaning that making someone very angry with you can cause them to act irrationally and could cost you your health and / or your life. The door swings both ways and sometimes it swings back a lot harder than you will anticipate.

I don’t know if that is the case in this instance, however this business of the GOP crowing about “owning the Libs” was always going to end badly for everyone.

We may have seen another example of that bullying behavior which damn near sent Trump straight to Heaven or Hell.

Trump might be a little concerned about the number of Republicans who have shown themselves to be eager to make political hay from his death.

If he were to croak over from a perfectly natural cause, accusations against Biden would be all over the media. It will simplify things a lot if he survives until he loses the election.

One would think that a medical examination should be able to tell the difference between a bullet graze and a shard/shrapnel wound. Will we ever see that examination?

That would be unfortunate, because that has to be sorted out pronto.
