Just like the narcissist he is, he hates the idea of voting because it’s out of his control. It’s only okay by him when the rubes are voting for him and even then he’d prefer to simply assume a throne. But everything else is just preposterous to him. Bottom line is he doesn’t think people should be allowed to vote. Period.
