Guiliani sued Joe Biden and his campaign for defamation when Joe Biden on the debate stage called him a Russian pawn and later by stating that Hunter Biden’s laptop was a Russian disinformation project. They truth is how Biden can defend this and Guiliani was getting his information from Russian aligned sources. The way the laptop was handled so ineptly that it may be a GOP disinformation project rather than a Russian one.
The lawsuit Guiliani v. Biden has been removed to federal court where a unanimous jury is required.
