Trump, his family, his administration, and any of those who enable him, are rotten to the core.

Giuliani also alleged that told Trump that Yovanovitch had made comments critical of the President in private conversation, according to the Journal.

When we get upset about Republicans not crossing Trump, remember that there is a career death penalty for crossing him. What that means, though, is that if you get close enough to impeachment that they feel safe, they will all simultaneously jump ship, because they are bound by fear and not loyalty.

Yup, if the Wall is breached, it’s going to be massive. Will only take a couple to break away.

Hell, I’m having a hard time keeping up with the revelations since this tsunami started last week… Just yesterday there were more than five big stories, and how many did we add today…

Remember when the attack on the Saudi oil facility, and implicating Iran was the major issue of the day? Seems like eons ago.

I think they’re having a hard time finding a venue large enough to hold all the potential whistleblowers. Nationals Stadium could be large enough, weather permitting, but they’d have to work around the playoff schedule.

Shit, that was back when I was still in school. Walking 6 miles each way. In the snow. Uphill.

Meh, not so much. Those people are ostracized and shunted aside, so it will be the bare minimum who come forward.

Probably all of the CIA dude’s buddies that talked to him, they need the protection. But many others will sit on the sidelines unless things really go south and nothing is moving.

More of the same - nothing to do with the country, everything to do with what is in his own best personal interest.

Another hour, another illegal act…

Abuse of power while extorting/misappropriating Congress approved foreign aid for political gain then covering it up and doing with again in plain sight with another country!

How to shame the shameless, lawless and perpetual thugs/criminals?

Failure to compliment the emperor on his new suit of clothes is a career-ending faux pas.

For Rudy, feeling important and being in the public eye is like heroin - I am waiting for the interview where he starts openly slurring his words and then forgets where he is for a moment. He is a lit bomb.

She served at the pleasure of the President, but she derived no pleasure from it.

Rudy thinks that if he brags hard enough about his corruption people will think it’s not actually criminal behavior.

Well, her testimony is now going to be a main event…if she really was trying to stop whatever Giuliani was trying to pull, then she will be able to talk about what was going on, how the Ukrainians saw it, and her efforts to stop it. No wonder Pompeo was trying so hard to block any State employees from testifying, it sounds like she has the goods to undermine Trump’s defense in many ways. And, she no longer has a reason to hold back from testifying, especially if Pompeo was involved in pulling her out…she may even know how that came about, pulling Pompeo even deeper into the mess.

Let’s see how hard they try to block her testimony, that’s going to be an indication of how critical it is to understanding all the movement on this.

The effort to oust her is one of several episodes described in a whistleblower complaint alleging presidential misconduct that have since been confirmed by Giuliani himself.

If anyone were to try and shop a script around Hollywood about all that’s happening now prior to all this happening, they’d be laughed out of the State. Un freakin’ real

It sounds like that means that “executive privilege” covers:

those who are currently working with the regime;
those who previously worked with the regime;
those who are being considered to work with the regime;
the unborn;
the newly dead.

By all accounts that I’ve seen, Ms. Yovanovitch was a knowledge and highly effective Ambassador, always keeping America’s best interest topmost in her mind.

Losing her -in a critical region of the world - thus weakens America. Once again, Trump has violated his Oath of Office by putting his personal interests far ahead of our nation’s security.

The question really isn’t does he deserve to be impeached and convicted, but how many times should we do so? It’s like giving a hardened criminal multiple life sentences.
