He is implying falsely (i.e., lying) that everybody (humans, dogs, cats, goldfish, whatever) gets a ballot in the mail, like it or not, and can then vote, registered or not. Again, he is trying to put stink on the election, so he can claim it was rigged after he loses.
Voting should be the subject of the first debate - voting rights, voting mechanisms, security of elections, and acceptance of the results, whether you like it or not.
Jesus, why can’t a single reporter ask him if he thinks states like Oregon and Washington that have “universal” mailed ballots based on voter registration are running a fraudulent process? Should they change their voting systems?
