Meadows will last a quick Trump 10 minutes.

The WH Chief of Staff role (historically) required savvy, people skills and spinning 40 plates at a time. These traits are not in Meadows’ wheelhouse.

File under “Jesus Christ, Americans just want to be able to go to the bar and have a beer one fucking night without Donald Trump running through the china shop and breaking and shitting on everything”

I hope you have trumpy fun, Mark. ETTD.

You forgot the most important trait that is a pre-requisite for survival in the current WH- the ability to lie. He seems to be quite capable of doing that.

Mark Meadows is everything that has been missing from the Trump administration. Congratulations, sir, you have just won re-election. Five stars, would self-fellate again.

Is Mulvaney still head of OMB too?

Nope! From HuffPo:

Mulvaney, who is also stepping down from his job as head of the Office of Management and Budget, has been a staunch Trump loyalist. The president named the former Republican congressman acting White House chief of staff in December 2018 to replace John Kelly, hailing Mulvaney as a “great patriot.”

It’s been a good three years to be a bus driver.

So Mulvaney is out. Meadows is stepping up. So everything is solved. COVID-19 has been beaten.

Mulvaney is a talented bastard. By leaving the House and joining the West Wing, he has raised the IQ of both places!

He must really have had no chance in NC to give up his seat for CoS…I can’t even comprehend how anyone would see this as a step up. There must be some serious grifting going on as part of the position, and Meadows really just needs to sit quietly in his office and say yes to Trump about everything, so it’s a pretty easy job.

Reporting for work, sir!

Well, Meadows has shown great skill in keeping his lips locked around Donnies figurative cock and Mulvaney’s lips were getting loose so this seems a natural. Neither had skills necessary for effective CoS so that isn’t relevant.
