President Donald Trump fired off a midnight tweet mocking Beto O’Rourke’s “phony” nickname “to indicate Hispanic heritage,” to which the former congressman quickly responded.

Beto needs to come out swinging even more than in past few days. It’s long past time for being PC. His campaign is polling at 2%? Perfect time to set the stage as the tell it like it is firebrand to take over Cornyn’s seat while shoving a fistful of reality down Donnie Moscow’s throat.

I don’t think that Beto is yet ‘presidential timber’… but he is the perfect person to go after tRump, and I hope he jumps in with both feet during tRumps visit.

This is exactly why Donnie two scoops should not go to El Paso.

Just a guess, but this is not going to turn out well for two scoops, El Paso or the country.

Mayor should go: “we can’t stop you from landing at airport but until you pay past due bills we will provide no other services for your visit.”

Indeed we need Alan Grayson /Anthony Weiner level of outrage( sans baggage of course)
It cost Hillary the election
She should have labeled him a creepy old man the minute he started stalking her in the debate
We need to leave “polite” behind
Every appearance should be a confrontation
He doesn’t deserve respect
Nice guys finish last

thrump is going to have a motorcade arrival and departure from El Paso. That is a city with a population of 800, 000 people with a surrounding community of a couple million, I believe. I’d love them all to turn out along the motorcade route with an abundance of vegetables, eggs and bags of manure and in their most vitriolic voices tell him to go the fuck back to where he came from.

This is the perfect time for Beto to pivot and say “This tragedy has reminded me how much I love Texas and the people of El Paso. I am withdrawing from the Presidential campaign to run for the Senate and continue fighting, etc. etc.”

He won’t, of course, he thinks this will be enough to charge his national campaign. But it would be the best thing for everybody.

It could only be worse if his idiot kids and son-in-law go with him.

Chants of “Trump go home” would play well on evening news.

Lock him up, also.

Yes, I too wish he’d run for the Senate instead.

But I’m afraid you’re right. He’s probably going to continue this course for a while yet.

oh that would be priceless.

I don’t remember if Trump went to kindergarten but, if he did, he learned absolutely nothing there.

Oh, I don’t know. It was probably where he learned that bullying and intimidation worked.

Trump on Monday, reluctantly reading someone else’s words from a Teleprompter:

“now is the time to set destructive partisanship aside — so destructive — and find the courage to answer hatred with unity, devotion and love.”

Today, less than 40 hours later: demonstrating how to answer hatred with unity, devotion, and love.

And here’s Beto, having adopted the phony name in a cynical ploy to get elected hall monitor at pre-school …

And that call for his incarceration would actually be justified. He has incited violence his entire life. It’s not hyperbole to lay this at his doorstep.
