Part of the problem is that China was on the brakes before word got out, and once reality had slapped them in the face, the US was on the brakes. Anybody here think the Prince of Orange didnât tell CDC to quash that request?

Ask your Congresscritter if they think it makes sense to cut funding for a global health organization in the middle of a world wide pandemic (that hasnât been reported as even in Africa, has it?) whoâs response may be imperfect but definitely WORLD WIDE.
Ask them if it made sense for Trump to get rid of the office tasked with dealing with World Wide Pandemics to begin with while youâre at it.
If Trump wants to be a war president, then can we indict him for war crimes? Just a thoughtâŚ

You are right - our vote is all we have. But itâs not true that people havenât given everything they have to trying to oust and/or derail this lunatic, right up to impeaching him knowing full well the senate would acquit him.
The problem is a complicit senate, a corrupt Justice Department, and a major news network that has covered him, again and again.
I understand your frustration that things only seem to get worse and worse, but itâs not for a want of trying from so many people.
