We all know he did. What will happen to him? Probably nothing. Will Smith figured this out- slap a man in the face hard on national TV and nothing will happen to you. Two sets of rules for the rich and powerful.

So, anybody here surprised to learn FatAss committed obstruction of Congress? Anybody? Anybody at all? Nobody?

Thought not…

I hope Merrick Garland is reading…

I doubt Garland has enough of a spine to be able to sit up and read anything.

Nope. Still nice to see a judge say it though.

If “Trump’s actions likely constituted attempted obstruction of Congress” is the rationale to get Eastman to testify/provide his evidence, maybe, just MAYBE, “Trump’s actions” will eventually lead to TRUMP being charged.

We can hope. We can also do what we can to support the JanSix investigation, and even more importantly, work to prevent a GQP takeover of Congress (either branch) this November. Because, with all the built-in delays of our overly-praised legal system, it will take a LONG time before the JanSix conspirators and participants will see justice.

And we know that Republicans aren’t interested in justice. See next posting: “BUT… HER EMAILS!!!”

Especially when Mueller basically laid out multiple acts of obstruction of justice in his report, but failed to indict Trump due to a DOJ rule.

"more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted"

a phrase that could precede anything loserman ever attempted.

You watered down your argument by referring to Will Smith incident. His wife’s medical condition induced hair loss was used as a source of a joke. It’s a person’s right to take offense when his loved ones are insulted. If a politician prefers to put his politics above his family’s honor, that’s his choice, but don’t expect everyone to keep quiet.

The thing about criminal conspiracy charges is that DOJ doesn’t bring them until they have the conspiracy figured out and nailed down with all the applicable evidence. They don’t file criminal charges in order to investigate whether there might be crimes. They investigate in order to determine whether to bring criminal charges. And bringing charges before you have the evidence nailed down means Fat Boy walks free and can’t be charged again.

Proud Boy Ginni is going to be called in to do some pillow talk pronto to reverse this judgement against Skanky. Once the pillow talk is done and money has changed hands, the Roger Taney Supreme Court will find cause to take it up and overrule.

I find myself in the odd position of agreeing with Republicans. The Vice President does have the power to overturn
